Ghostophobia Update. Version 0.4

Hi everyone! I tried to release the update as soon as possible, but it was delayed due to my studies, sorry. In general, I will tell you what appeared in the new update

1) More ghost names

2) AI of ghosts has been slightly improved. Some ghosts now drop items on location (see manual)

3) A new item, and with it a new sign for ghosts (see manual)

4) Player nicknames on their chests

5) Reworked inventory mechanics

6) Dead body after death

7) Some bug fixes

There may have been something else that I didn't mention, but it's probably minor. I will try to release the update as soon as possible, as well as shoot a gameplay trailer.
