Release of Rois Cosaques + Tutorial (v 2.7.4)

Hello everyone, yesterday I released another of my games, Cossack Tsars. I decided to try myself in a new genre. And I also decided to try to translate the game into several languages, although only Russian and English have an accurate translation. If there are errors in the rest, write in the comments.

In general, this is the first DevLog on it and for this reason I decided to write here a tutorial and some tips for the game.

Well, first of all, what about creating a room and connecting. List of rooms in the main menu, where you can select a nickname. It's on the right. If there are no rooms, then it simply means no one is playing. Online is VERY small, so if you want to play, invite your friends. Maybe later I’ll make bots for the game.

Now I will describe the buildings and units (All of them will be on the screenshots in a wooden skin. If you have a different skin, for example sandy, then they may look different).

Castle: Your main building. In it you can hire peasants and guards. If one of your castles is destroyed, you will lose (as of version 2.7.4 you will simply be kicked out of the game). You don't have to build one, but it's the only place you can hire peasants, and if they get killed and you don't have a castle, the game can quickly lose its meaning. The castle also serves as a warehouse: peasants can store wood and stone in it if there is no warehouse nearby.

Mill: Provides you with food. Gives ~11.5 food per second (consumption of one unit is ~1 food per second). If you don't have food, you won't be able to hire new units. You can also improve food production in the mill. It will take time and resources, but with two upgrades the mill will give you ~22.2 food per second.

House: Works like a mill, but gives much less food (~4 food without upgrades). Mill improvements also affect food production in houses (at the time of version 2.7.4 this is ~6 food per second)

Warehouse: Peasants store mined wood and stone in it

Mine: Produces ore (iron, gold or coal, depending on the orefield). 1 peasant inside mines ~1 unit of ore per second. Maximum peasants inside: 5. There is an improvement in mine production in the laboratory (cart icon). With this improvement, 1 peasant inside begins to mine ~2 ores per second.

Forge: Unlocks for building barracks and stables. You can also improve tools (the speed of mining wood and stone) and research the production of cannons. After researching cannons, you will be able to build them in the forge.

Barracks: Barracks cannot be built unless you have a forge built. Allows you to build infantry.

Stable: A stable cannot be built unless you have a forge built. Allows you to build riders.

Tower: Shoots at enemy units.

Laboratory: Allows you to research improvements (at the time of version 2.7.4: gunpowder - double damage from all shots, miner carts - double mine production, new hammers - improved speed of construction of buildings by peasants)

Port: Allows the construction of ships.

Units

Attention: shooting units spend 15 coal and iron per shot! Without these resources they don't shoot!

Peasant: Builds buildings and extracts resources.

Guardsman: Weak spearman. The first defender of the fortress. Has the largest viewing radius among ground units.

Spearman: Melee warrior. Slower than the guardsman, but many times stronger.

Archer: A fast marksman with a bow.

Musketeer: A powerful warrior with a firearm.

Halberdier: A very slow, but strong and tenacious warrior. In some cases, it can survive a gun shot.

Cossack: Fast warrior with a saber.

Dragoon: A fast musketeer on horseback.

Reithar: Fast and powerful warrior with a lot of hp. Also in some cases it can survive a gun shot.

Universal Cannon: Shoots at ground units, ships and buildings.

Howitzer: Shoots only at units, but the explosions from its shells have a large damage radius.

Mortar: Only shoots at buildings, but farther than its universal counterpart.

Yacht: A fast but weak ship, although it can give some resistance. Suitable for exploration. Doesn't shoot at buildings.

Galera: Medium ship. Can destroy buildings.

Frigate: Pretty good ship. Can destroy buildings.

Battleship: A very large ship that takes a long time to build. It fires very quickly and destroys all ships in its path. Stock up on plenty of coal!

Dropship: Transports land units by sea.
